About Brandon Luu

I’m Brandon Luu, and my journey from financial collapse and deep depression in 2008 to becoming a Mind Wellness Coach is what drives me to help others. After experiencing years of struggle, I discovered how powerful the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and reality truly is—and it transformed my life. In 2012, I founded a nonprofit to help underprivileged youth and their families build mental wellness, emotional resilience, and confidence. Today, through BEU Mind Wellness Coaching, I work with women entrepreneurs, guiding them to break through the fear of failure and success. My coaching combines mindfulness and behavioral therapy to help women turn their negative emotions into joy and create the fulfilling life they deserve.
